When you leave the airport you will find buses that will take you to "Ramada". Then at Ramada, go to the former bus terminal to get on a bus that will take you directly to El Torno. The cost is 6bs.
If you want you can take a taxi.
The interprovincial bus terminal is located in the same Terminal Bimodal. Look for the transport company that will take you to El Torno.

to look up bus numbers and routes.

The road is dirt and you have to cross several streams without a bridge, even so most cars can get here, but
when it rains a lot the streams grow; if they are high do not try to cross.
To the west of El Torno you cross the Piraí river bridge
Then you go through a toll gate (they charge Bs 2) then after 10km you will arrive at the town "Forest" where you turn right (from now on the road is no longer on Google Maps).
Turning to the right in Forestal you cross 4 streams (there are no bridges) and you arrive at «Calera»
At 3km this is the closest town to the Foundation. Going straight through Calera you cross a stream and then turn left, reaching the second stream and then the Foundation.
